ACID RESISTANT BRICK FLOOR
With the optimal anti-acid function, anti-slip, load and impact resistance, the anti-acid brick system is suitable for works with equipment installation area, continuous or regular operation machinery lines subject to mechanical impact.
Depending on the needs of customers and the technical requirements of each project to select the suitable 3-layer or 2-layer anti-acid brick system.
3-layer anti-acid brick background
The Metz chemical and material flow combination helps prevent water / chemical attack from the bottom up or from the top, protecting concrete floors and effective floor systems.
A mixture of mortar and Metz additive helps reinforce the base and create a drainage slope. The average thickness of the mortar is about 30mm.
The choice of acid resistant tiles is based on customer requirements, with a thickness of about 15mm – 30mm and a wide range of sizes, shapes, and colors.
2-layer anti-acid brick background
2 – 3mm Epoxy layer with high adhesion and corrosion resistance acts as a lining, helping to protect concrete substrate against chemical substances, while creating a solid connection between Brick background and concrete background.

EPOXY RESISTANCE FLOOR
The product is manufactured in Australia, the thickness range from 1 – 6mm depending on customer requirements, suitable for works such as cold storage warehouse, food processing area, chemical room, membrane secondary compartment, refinery, steel rolling mill, sewage treatment area, sewer, etc.
STRUCTURE
High anti-rust and anti-rust function in environments with frequent contact with water, grease and high temperature.

POLYURETHANE
RESISTANCE FLOOR
This is a 100% hardening substrate system, based on a combination of polyurethane and concrete based technology to create a tough, abrasion-resistant, chemical and temperature-resistant mixture that other epoxy and polyester systems can be obtained.
