Metz 19 combines excellent adhesion and good chemical resistance with ease of application         Movement Joints   Metz 20B  is two- part polyurethane based compound used as a movement jointing compound where toughness and good chemical resistance are required.       -   Acid resistance Tiles Klinker Sire, Argelith,….   Quality standard for industrial tiles ( 240x117x20mm) or ( 240x117x15mm) Water absorbtion ( ISO 10545-3)≤1.5% Hardness ( BS6431 part 13) MOHs 7 Chemical resistance (SS301) Pass Density: 0,65 g/cm2         Slip Resistant & Hygienic   There is always a balance to be struck between ease of cleaning and slip resistance. Floor systems provide an excellent low porosity surface that may be maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. HTD has a range of slip resistant surfaces possible for both our resinous and ceramic tile floor systems. Grouts, resinous toppings and movement joints are designed to resist the corrosive nature of both foodstuffs and concentrated cleaning compounds, to ensure the floors remain easy to clean throughout their lifetime. The tile system consists of: Membrane and Bedding: Metz 19V Bedding Epoxy. Topping: acid resistant tiles with low water absorption and grouted by Metz 19V Grouting Epoxy and Metz 20B polyurethane movement jointing where necessary.          II/ Resinous Floors    HTD supply a comprehensive range of resinous flooring and coating materials. A selection from our range of Polyurethane and Epoxy products for trowel, self-level or rolled applications will provide the correct chemical and slip resistance to fulfill your requirements. Metz 93 PU-TG is 100% solids flooring system based on polyurethane and concrete technologies which offers a combination of toughness, abrasion and impact reistance, plus chemical and temperature resistance with ease of application.     Metz -33 SL is 100% solid epoxy resin based flooring system which provides a textured, slip resistant surface. Metz 33 SL can be used in a wide variety of food processing areas, as it resists food acids, fats, oils, cleaning compound and also heavy loaded areas.   Metz 33 SL is applied to normal thickness of 6.0mm - 8.0mm  Metz 33-TG is a 100% solids trowel epoxy topping, applied at a normal thickness of 6mm or 8 mm.
