H.T.D was found in 30-November-1996 starting off with repairing, renovation and installation for walls and ceilings in wet areas for mainly foreign investment project: 5 stars hotels, high-rise buildings such as: Saigon Tower, Saigon Plaza, Summerset, Caravelle… and repairing defected flooring for Pepsi, Heineken, Vinamilk… and gradually moving to provide full packages “supply and installation” for brand new residential, commercial and industrial projects nowadays: Avalon, Packson, Sabeco, VBL, Phu My 1..
